This quilt coat was made using a commercially manufactured quilt sourced from Minnesota, from the 1980s. It features muted + pastel colors and a wedding ring pattern. It is in good condition for its age, with minimal signs of wear, and worn patches and opened seams mended. The quilt is all hand pieced with great attention to detail.

The pattern created for this coat has been designed to fit a variety of bodies, enclosed with snaps. It features a stunning use of the original quilt binding for an interesting shape.

This quilt is light to medium weight, perfect for a transition in most seasons & months.
